4.5 mile one-way hike at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. 1100' elevation gain and plenty of steady uphill! Views of Whiskeytown Lake, Redding, Lassen Range, Igo/Ono. Two creek crossings. Optional routes can be taken on the return, so grab a map from the visitor center before you begin.
